HI I'M FREYA!

I'm a yoga fanatic, with a love for dancing, cooking, traveling and fitness. In 2015 after completing my BA in New Zealand I decided to quit my job and move to the other side of the world to travel full time. This year, I completed my 200hr YTT and took a massive plunge and moved to Argentina to start a vegan food truck (Puku Bowls) and teach yoga full time. 

Here you can expect to find lots of tasty vegan recipes, tips for health and wellness, travel and yoga tutorials.
